Offers short term counselling up to 12 sessions and/or group support for Westshore residents (17+) who are seeking support for moderate mental health symptoms. The program is funded by Island Health. Intakes and referrals for STICC can be made through Westshore Centralized Access and Rapid Engagement Service (CARES) Office at 250.370.5799.
