Westshore Community Health Centre
The Westshore Community Health Centre (WSCHC) is a multidisciplinary primary care centre operated by Pacific Centre Family Services Association (PCFSA). The centre provides team-based primary care through doctors and nurse practitioners, alongside additional health and social care professionals who support clients’ physical, social, and emotional wellbeing.
Community Health Centres are community-governed, not-for-profit organizations that provide primary health care through an equity-focused approach. Our goal is to provide low-barrier, trauma-informed and coordinated care to people who may have greater difficulty accessing traditional primary care services.
The WSCHC serves people of all ages who:

Live in Colwood, Langford, Highlands, or Metchosin;
- Do not have a regular family doctor or nurse practitioner; and
- Experience significant barriers to accessing health care, including barriers related to income, housing or employment instability, discrimination, limited social supports, health or social complexity, or other social determinants of health.
The WSCHC has limited primary care capacity. Applications are reviewed based on the clinic’s mandate and available space. Completing an application does not guarantee attachment to a family doctor or nurse practitioner.
As space becomes available, we will contact applicants or their designated contact directly if they are identified as meeting the WSCHC mandate.
Please note: We are not a walk-in clinic. Medical services are available to patients who have been attached to a Westshore Community Health Centre primary care provider.
