Pacific Centre Family Services Association (PCFSA) has been delivering high quality child, youth, adult, and family-based services since 1968. From our current community-based locations in Colwood, Langford, and Sooke on South Vancouver Island, we provide a range of services across South Vancouver Island. We are currently looking for a passionate, dedicated professional, with a CPA designation, to round out our volunteer Board of Directors and to serve as a member of our Board Finance and Risk Management Committee. Board Directors play a vital role in setting policy decisions, advancing our strategic plan and acting as ambassadors for PCFSA. Your current finance experience will provide the guidance and support needed to meet our strategic goals.
Commitment & Requirements:
- Satisfactory Criminal Record Check
- Current CPA designation
- 2 Business references
- PCFSA Alumni an asset
- Experience with nonprofit accounting an asset
Term: 2-year term
Hours: Average 4 hours per month.
Most meetings are virtual and held end of day on business days, with one annual weekend day for a board retreat.
